englishrider127 and knoxville,
yeah, a lot of people say I carry my weight well, thank goodness! I went for an assessment at my gym and the trainer couldn't believe I was 220 pounds at the time. She thought I was around 180 at that point. I have a large bone structure and a lot of muscle mass too though from weight training, which helps a lot. I got my body fat percentage taken, and my LEAN mass alone (bones, muscle, organs) which EXCLUDES all body fat is 133 pounds.. and women need 20-28% body fat to be healthy.. so add 20% body fat to 133 pounds, and my MINIMUM healthy weight is 155-165. I was advised not to go any lower, but to ideally aim for 170. Crazy for only being 5'4"!

Rep Power: 0 | | Great job! With all that muscle mass you obviously have the capacity to be dedicated to your health - hopefully that will serve you well to getting to your goal! |

My assessment at the gym showed I have above average lean mass for a female my height/age/weight. A lot of people say I carry my weight well and are shocked that I've lost 90 pounds, and am still 200+
Well.. happy to report that I'm now 198.6! Thanks for commenting! |

Rep Power: 8 | | LOL, lately everyone is saying I don't look more than 160-170 lbs. I guarantee that these pictures were at 202 pounds! And I'm only 5'4"! I have a high lean mass though, heavy bone structure, lots of muscle because I weight train 5 days a week in addition to cardio! I'll take that comment as a huge compliment though! haha, thanks! | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
