when i was younger i was pretty big, but i lost a lot of weight and i was wondering if this is loose skin or fat? its saggy and i can pull it but i think theres fat underneath im not sure its depressing though

Looks like there's still some fat there to me. Keep in mind that your skin can take up to a year (and sometimes longer, depending on how long you were overweight and by how much) to return to however far it's going to go.

Make sure you drink lots of water, and keep your skin moisturized and healthy.

run a lot and watch your diet. best thing is to gain muscle!

That's fat. Diet and exercise a little bit more. Loose skin should be thin, feeling your fingers through it and such. so I hear. I'm not sure if when you loose a very large amount of weight if its still as thin. I lose over 150 and my skin seems to have detached fat or something in it.

Maybe post a better picture. It's a little fuzzy. How much did you lose and how long ago did you lose it?
