Hi, all.
These are some photos of me when I started my quest, and today, 3 months later. SW and CW are on the photos.
I had a set of me wearing a shirt, that I had originally planned to post, but I figured, what the hell. You may as well see the real me, and get a better idea of what changes have transpired, if any.

i was at 256 4 weeks ago
now am at 235
by the beggining of september i want to be at 200
but keep up the work men, how many years have you had that weigth for ? |

Loose skin can be taken care of, one way or another. I'm hoping that exercise will help with that to some degree.
And for the rest - well, I'm pretty handy with a knife. 
Also - a little of both what?

Rep Power: 85 | | I agree with Cherry - the difference is particularly striking in the side views. You can really see that the weight is coming off.
You are at a wonderful phase of your project where you see such rewarding results in three months. The next three months are going to bring further huge changes - not only in your appearance but in your state of health and fitness too.
