Currently 9stone13, and hoping to go to 9stone in 13 weeks..

Well, here I am a couple months ago, the closest thing i have to showing how I've been looking recently, at about 9stone10:



certainly just on the edge of being at a normal weight and looking pretty good with strategic clothing! (i highly recommend the cotton H&M trousers theyve been putting out recently).

oops! i had a bit of a downslide and just stopped going out etc for 2 months, but that has changed again.. i will put up some good angled 'before' pics once i find the cable for my phone

Thank you Life_after_30 i must admit im not feeling confident in myself, but hopefully it'll change over time!

It's all about choice BB.

Don't wait for confidence to find you - You gotta 'fake it till ya make it' kind of thing.

Set small goals - achieve them - give credit where it's due and just keep on building from there.

The beautiful thing is - it's all up to you to be whoever, however, whatever you want to be.


Or, alternatively .... you can choose to do nothing.

No matter how bad you feel, being outside your safe zone can force you be
confident even when you don't feel it. And sometimes faking it can lead to you
actually feeling it! Life_after_30 is so right!

You can definitely do it in 13 weeks. Put your mind to it and you'll succeed!
