Hello everyone, I am Tara, I weigh 208 lbs, I've lost 7lbs, I want to lose 58lbs more. I am going to be putting my photos on here regularly as a diary of my weight loss. I know that looking at other peoples weight loss in photos has been a huge inspiration to me! So hopefully I can do that for someone too!
Here are some before photos, which I cringe at, but it begins here, bye bye to those excess pounds!
The first photo is before losing half a stone, the last 3 are how I am now. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Thank you all so much, just got in from the gym! I am really getting into the exercise and have noticed my fitness levels picking up as I go along, it's great to have support and such kind words from everyone, will update regularly! |

It looks like your weight gets distributed evenly - not all to hips or stomach or anywhere for that matter - so you have a good body shape. I think that as you lose, you're going to have a great, curvy figure! Stay motivated... don't get discouraged if it doesn't come off as quickly as you hope. Great work so far! | |
