proffesional diet. eat the only things that are shown there in each difrent week
1 gallon of water daily .
run one hour daily 3.5 speed
eat dinner 3 hours before bed
& thats basicly it  with that ive been lossin 5 pounds a week since the begginin |

yeah wasent easy for the first month but now am so use to eating healthy and working out that is a piece of cake. |

& its because since i starter my jorney i work out daily everyday
