Hi there, I've been on weight watchers for almost year now and I have lost 35lbs so far. I went from weighing 195lbs to 160lbs currently. My weight loss was pretty fast in the beginning and then started to take longer/more work to lose.. My goal is 150lbs so hopefully I can get off the last 10lbs before the winter...
Here is a picture that gives you an idea of my weight loss, I find my face has been the most drastic change. These pictures were taken almost exactly one year apart. 
Good luck to everyone! This forum has been great inspiration for me thus far.

well the program encourages exercise but it's not 100% necessary in my opinion! I didn't exercise much at the beginning and the weight still came off fairly easy. But now, for the last 10lbs, I need to exercise a lot more to see any difference! |
