well the date : march 8 2009 , means alot to me it was the begining of my journey of transformation  i really like to share my accomplishment with others struggling there weigh problems. Measurments:: Starting Weight: 124 kg (273 lbs.) Current Weight: 95 kg (209 lbs.)
Height : 186 cm (6' 10")
Starting Waist : 117 cm (46")
Current Waist: 99 cm (38")
