Rep Power: 0 | | that is just an amazing transformation. im wondering if he actually did exercise to lose the weight in the beginning or if it was a mixture of some kind of surgery and diet and exercise or what. but its definitely an amazing transformation, either way. great stuff. |

Rep Power: 13 | | I saw a whole tv show on him. The guy hes shaking hands with is his trainer. They are now roommates and bestfriends. It was all exercise, no surgery. He only had surgery to remove all his excess skin. He is now a personal trainer. Im pretty sure the name of his program was The 650lb Virgin......yep...just googled it... TLC's The 650 lb virgin David Smith lost over 400 pounds and now weighs 240 |

I kind of find his personality to suck.
No lie, great transformation.
But it would have been more inspiring to me if it happened to someone better. |

I watched the show, his personality has yet to catch up to his body you might say...he was a 650lb virgin literally. He explains himself through the dating process, he should be an inspiration to anyone wanting to lose weight. The proof is there. They alos have a web show on training, not sure but think so. In the show he is set up on dates and fumbles that a bit, "Hitch" may not be able to help this man out. I beleive that once he encompasses (sp) the confidence he'll find his way with the ladies.... |
