Here are a few update pics of my progress. It's been 8 months now, a pretty steady pace, started 339lbs now at 270lbs, 1 more lb to 70 lost wooo hooo! Trying to reach 100lbs by Christmas. Wish me luck. I can see a difference can you see a difference? |

Keep it up and your reward will be all the surprised relatives you see around Christmas who haven't seen you since the last one  |

Yes, there is absolutely a dramatic difference. Your face looks really good.
You've done well to lose 70 in 8 months. Keep up the good, steady work, and I hope to see your after pics when you reach your goal! |

Ready2bme....All I can say is AMAZING. You look beautiful, what an accomplishment in 1 year. You inspire me and I'm so glad you showed me those pics. You would never say you were that same person, it must feel great. Thanks for the support.
And itbustle...I eat well and exercise everyday. Pretty much try to stay around 1800 calories but admit I don't count as much as guess right now. But gave up the diet soda (only have an occassionaly one) and eat 3 meals plus a snack in the day if I feel I need it. All the typical things everyone's been told to do....THEY ACTUALLY WORK. It's hard work, but when I apply myself, I see the results everytime. Thanks so much everyone, I hope to hit you all with 100lbs lost pics by the end of the year, can't wait to see what that looks like! |
