Rep Power: 0 | | | Yes, I agree that is exactly what I should be doing! However, a couple years ago I had a surgery and in July of this year, I developed an incisional (sp?) hernia. My doctor said no weight training until a month after my surgery and I am not even booked in for it until January 2010. Does anyone have any ideas of something I can do to compensate, or does anyone have any suggestons?

Thank you!! | You should take your doctor's advice and hold off until early next year. By then you'll probably be down to your goal weight and can start focusing on toning up! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Yes you are probably right...well I guess I won't have to deal with the gaining from muscle part for a while! lol I thought maybe swimming might help it a bit so I might try to add that to the routine as well. |
