Hello, first post here. I am a freshly turned 22 year old male, 6'2" and currently 335
pounds. Heres my story so far: In May I went to the doctor for a physical and when they weighed me I was off the scales at over 350lbs! But by using my arm to push up on the bed the scale was next to the nurse just rounded me off at 350lbs. I couldn't believe it when she said she might have to go get a maternity scale, I was so ashamed. I didn't take much from it and continued consuming large amounts of terrible things no one should eat. But in early August I got very sick with a fever, and I realized I didn't need to consume as much as I had been in order to get by. Since then I have been eating smaller meals spread out through the day, a yogurt/carrot in the morning, half a 6in Togos sandwich midday, the other half in the evening and a bowl of cereal or yogurt before bed if I am very hungry. Hopefully everything works out and I reach my
goal of 200lbs before my 23rd birthday! Thanks for listening and I hope if I continue well I'll start posting some pictures!
