It all started on January 1st, I made a new years resolution, which was to give my full effort to lose weight and stick to it so that I can look good when I go to university. I was 260 pounds and 6'1 at that time. Today I am a healthy 179 pounds and 6'3 tall. Im really new to the forum but I just wanted to share my success with people and inspire those who want to lose weight. Alright here is the before and after pic, enjoy   |
