My high weight was actually 226lbs in the summer of 2008, I lost 37 pounds, however but put 21 of them back on when I lost my job. Now I am losing again, and this time for good! I want to join the military and need to get in shape first. I'm giving myself six months to one year to complete this and I hope to lose 67 - 77 pounds total.
