Hey everyone. It's the end of the month which means it's time for another weigh in, and some updated photos.
I'm pleased to announce that I attained my goal weight this month and was at 201 lbs!! Attached are my before shots and then several of where I'm at now. In total, I've lost 44 lbs from the highest I can remember myself weighing.

Rep Power: 3 | | | Another quick update, although it's only 2 days later. I just weighed in after my workout, and I'm finally, after SEVERAL months, 199 lbs. I can't honestly believe I'm under 200 lbs. The last time I remember being this weight, and even then I was tubby, was mid-March, 2008. |
