So I started in July of this year at 233 pounds. I am 5'4 and 1/2 (gotta get that half in there). I weighed myself a few days ago and I am down to 209. I feel a difference in my clothes but I don't see a big difference in the pics....maybe i'm just used to looking at them so much? What do you think? Here are some 233 pound pics and some 209 pics from a couple days ago. Thanks for looking =) |

Rep Power: 72 | | Definitely a difference. I can see it in your back and tummy, and you have a MUCH more defined waist. Very obvious difference.

Rep Power: 3 | | Way to go! There is a noticeable difference- your waist is much more defined and your back is smaller as well. Keep taking pictures along the way to compare as you continue to change. I have found that helpful when I look in the mirror and don't always see much difference. Also, feeling a difference in your clothes is a good indicator as well. Keep it up! Wishing you all the best as you continue your journey. |

Rep Power: 32 | | Keep up the good work! Its great to take those before and progress pics because sometimes you will look in the mirror and just wont see it. For the first time in 9 months i looked inthe mirror and could see the change in my legs just last night!!!
