I'd just like to ask yaboyjjones how his face transformed, did it get leaner after the initial weight loss or after the last 20 pounds or so? Because his face was a little chubby in the 'middle' picture (I believe I saw it on bodybuilding.com) but was super-lean in the last ones.
Was that the case yaboyjjones?

And how did u get you face to clear up so nicely like I use to have severe acne like you but mine cleared up thanks to the dermatologist but I still have a few holes around the temple area. Any clues to how you get rid of those. |

Rep Power: 6 | | | Losing the weight did help, but getting older in age have helped alot.
I really cut back on using so many products that irritated my face. I only use cetaphil face wash now and I do tan every so often. I do know tanning isn't exactly great for overall skin health, but it has helped a bit with clearing up my face/skin. I also take fish oil everyday along with a multivit. everday, which helps things of course. I did find a product that i noticed acutally helped my skin give it some what a "glow" look, and it is called akne zyme which i purchased from vit. shoppe.
