wow man! You're looking amazing. I have a question though. I hear a big part of the transformation happens when you lose the last 20 or so lbs. Was this true for you? Because I've gone from being 320 to 198 and I'm still unhappy. I'm hoping these last 23 lbs we'll get me to a
body size I'm happy with. Thanks a lot for your time and keep up the good work!!!
