Thanks everyone for your kind words. It was really hard to make a decision to put the pictures up but now I have I am glad.
In the past I had done every diet you can even think of. The worst one would be one called "the brain garden" all you eat is these prepacked things that look like seeds '("yuck".
After having my daughter I thought that breastfeeding would help shift the weight (not at all I didn't loose 1 kg in 5 months) I was very depressed.
So I started with WW for the first 15 kg then platued for a long time so I tried cutting carbs working out 7 days a week but I couldn't shift more than 1kg a month.
Then a friend told me about Dr Cohen's diet. The diet is very stricked its similar to the SureSlim diet except you can have fruit and crackers for snacks.
My belief is that all diets work, you just need to find what works for your lifestyle. |
