Wow, crazy difference in your appearance! You looked lovely before, but now you are GORGEOUS! I would not lose one-more-pound! You could compete as Miss Canada, I think...
Honestly. When I say the after pics I said aloud "holy shit" my co-workers are starring curiously... if this isn’t a true inspiration to all then I do not know what is. Congratulations on your success.
my God emilee... thats an amazing difference... im sooo inspired!!
so... this 1000 calorie/day thing works huh? i have been working out regularly for a while now, but i just can't seem to control my diet. but if thrs a guarantee i'll look HALF as good as you in 2 months and 10 days... WOWWW!!
you're anyway a beautiful girl, and now you're looking absolutely gorgeous!! keep it up, and keep inspiring people like me! high5!!
You're sizzlin' hot !!! you look great just right there, don't get all crazy and get uberskinny. perfect as is.
T2 makes an excellent point. I had originally set my goal just under 130. The closer I get to it...I'm about 175 now(have to change that ticker) and the better I get and stay in shape, the more I am realizing that maybe that isn't realistic for what I hope to finally look like. I'm actually quite content now with where I am and I'm a size 10 at currently in most pants, dresses(except for bust), and skirts/shorts, but I prefer a bit more curvy so I've moved my goal up a bit to around 150(I am shorter then you). I'm thinking that is probably more realistic and will allow me to keep my boobs..lol...Has a lot to do with what you are shooting for and what you are doing to get it. I've added a lot of athletic conditioning and find my hips narrowing, my bust getting smaller, and I'm getting mroe athletic and stronger and toned (gasp) lol. And I'm...*gasp* happy. I find the most profound changes happening now not on the scale, but in measurements and body fat %. I'm ok with that
You are a gorgeous young lady and you've put the kind of hard work in that has you being happy with what you see looking back at you in those pictures. Keep in mind your goals that have you in top form, even if it's not everyone's version of 'skinny'. Good job! You should be very proud of yourself! You started with a beautiful canvas and have only improved on it! Excellent--keep up the good work!
GO CANUCK, GO!!!
Great job! Well done on maintaining, too. I know it's frustrating how much harder it is to lose once you are at a healthier weight (like 150). You look be-a-u-tiful just the way you are!
