Alright folks?
I'll post my progress here so I can share help and hopefully get some advice aswell.
This was me when we started. Loving my beer and crisps 
This is me after 4 weeks and no beer  
I have to admit it's been really hard going out to the snooker with my mates and drinking orange juice and the occasional vodka and diet coke but this website and the program "the biggest loser" has help to keep me on the straight and narrow.
Missed my last weigh in becuase of buying a new flat so i'll be getting weighed again this wednesday coming. Fingers crossed it's good.

Rep Power: 0 | | Thanks guys! I lost another 3 pounds this week, the goal is to lose at least another 4 pounds before christmas day. I'll post anothe picture just after new year then after another 4 weeks.
