Rep Power: 66 | | | do you weight train? back when I was 245 (I started at about 290) I carried less fat than you and im about 6 foot, I think if you added a resistance training routine to your weight loss plan it would help ALOT! speaking from personnal experience though :P
either that, or u just took a bad pic lol
