I came across this picture of myself recently through a friend , and I was shocked! Im not much for getting my photo taken , so I've never really been able to pay attention to how much ive lost , well needless to say , it was more then I had expected! This was a big boost in my confidence since I really only recently started to take a serious interest in getting in shape  
Who knows whats next ! |
