You carry your weight extremely well, i am 193 and look nothing like you, youre beautiful!! No offense but i think you would be a rail at 160, id shoot more for about 175 if i were you! youre doing wonderfully!!!

I really think that scales wrong, you look like youre about 140 pounds, im soooo jealous!!
OK OK everyone remember... I found the most flattering pics of me!!! All the angles were just right and most of them you cant even see my big BUTT!!!!!! I am not very top heavy, but I am bottom heavy and I really do lift alot of weights and i have always had a ton of muscle on my body, I was a HUGE jock my entire life. I may just ruin this fantasy you all have of me from these pics and put a bad one up..........nah maybe not......hehe!!

AWESOME!! Keep up the great work. Care to share what sort of food plan you are using.
I have always followed weight watcher points, it seem to be the easiest system for me, since i never want to give up my wine, beer and pizza. It really is the best lifestyle plan I have seen. If you lack discipline and need more rules and structure I would not recommend it. I try to eat most of my calories before 3 or 4 pm, and carbs too. When I am loosing weight I always go to bed hungry. At night your body will burn your fat reserves if you do, if you eat before bed your body will use that food to burn instead and you will not be burning fat while you sleep. It is hard to do at first, I almost could not do it , cuz im a late eater by nature, my mom filled our tummys before we went to bed starting as an infant and never stopped, it was a life long habit for me. But it is the best feeling when you wake up in the morning you can actually feel smaller and then that help to get my day off to a good start mentally.
the Foods i eat really vary, i try as a rule to always eat clean, whole grains, lots and lots of veggies, and fruit. But i most def so eat bad food too, just only once and a while now, when i am eating clean i really cant stand the taste or smell of fast food. What you consume is what your body will desire and crave.

Ladygonz, I look at your pics everyday because you are such an encouragement to me...I'm 5'8 1/2 and my build looks ALOT like yours from your before picture. I used to be so active in basketball and softball but now that im in college...well you know that lovely freshmen 15. Im at 230 right now...where did you start? My bday was in December and I got a tony little gazelle which i find really fun...How long do you think that I should ride it a day for?...Im just tired of asking my friends what to do, they are all just small and have never struggled with always being the bigger beautiful friend like me haha...so Im asking you because I know you have first hand experience and would be my best advice. Also right now my arms and legs are pretty solid so what should I do? thanks Kristen
