Ok I cant believe that im posting this pic only one other person in the world has ever seen it, believe it or not I have worse ones!! I was in the 230's and my loving hubby took it of me, what a guy!! The others were all taken in the last 4 months. I have been stuck here. That is why i came on here, i need a boost to get going again to loose the next 30!! I can't wait to post pics in the 160's!! I will start a journal when i get back from Mexico on Sunday the 21st. I have been going from 190 to 197 in the last 5 months. If you are wondering im 5'9 1/2.

I just started viewing before and afters on this site and joined recently. I had seen your photo on the cockeyed.com site and actually printed it out for inspiration because we are the same height and my goal is not too far from where you are now (I am aiming for 171). I guess the reason i printed it out was because i was excited to see that maybe i could just stop at 190?? lol I think you look great and definitely look smaller than 190! Congratulations on your weight loss success and thanks for being inspiration for me to get there soon, too!

i feel like your an enigma.. lol you look so tiny to me.. im about the same weight as u are and i've been stuck for about 2 months now.. dreaded plateau.. if u have any luck getting under please fill me in its touturing me to have not moved down from the 190's.. arrgh!!! p.s. u look stunning!!!

Try eating more for a week and then go back to your diet plan. It worked for me. Thread starter, you are gorgeous, I don't think you need to change a thing, but I understand that a lower weight would be more ideal for health.
