Please be aware that if you put your photos on this forum then everyone can see them.
Here are some simple guidelines that may help.
* Try not to take to many in your underwear or in poses that may be considered pornographic. However tight fitting clothes do show more of the change - cycling shorts and sports bra is fine.
* Full body before and after photos show a lot more than just the face - I'm still seeing just face shots which dont show anything much at all, it makes people feel uncomfortable if you ask 'have i lost weight?' and they cant really tell from the face!
* Try to take photos wearing the same clothes every time so you can see the difference.
* Try to take photos from the same distance from the camera each time so you dont appear larger or smaller because of the camera.
* Accept by putting your photos up in here you may get posts that are not always quiet what you wanted. 99% of people here are supportive, but there are the odd person who may be a little too truthful.
* Try not to do blurry photos , if you take them inside try doing it in daylight with the curtains open so you get as much natural light as possible for a much better looking photo.
* And this one is for those posting comments. Sometimes the photos dont look so great, not everyone is at their goal yet - some of us might be halfway there. Please try not to make any comments that may be taken as hurtful. This includes sarcastic comments or insults.
Thanks - feel free to add anymore to this.

Since this is the internet, and you don't really know who you are showing your pictures to, I would strongly suggest watermarking your pictures as your property - it makes them a lot l ess likely to show up on other sites.

I'd suggest not posting 'myspace angle' pictures. When you take a pic of you from high above it makes just about anyone look much thinner.....take the picture from straight on, that gives everyone a more accurate vision.
