Goal Weight for this comp: 165
Plan to achieve goals: Eating healthy and walking/running at least 30 min a day.

Lost another pound this week! That is a feat considering the week that I have had at school. Is anyone still participating in this challenge?? This thread is kinda dead.

Plan to achieve goals: Eating healthy (reducing quantity) and hitting the gym 4-5 days a week.
