September FOCUS Challenge: Follow One Course Until Successful.
Hello,
I would like to know if anyone would like to join me in losing weight weekly. My goals is to lose 2lbs weekly; if possible. By diet and exercise of course..LOL. Also, to not beat myself up if I do not lose but to focus on my body shrinking. The main goal is FOCUS: Follow One Course Until Successful. I know if I eat what I should in the right amounts and do the exercise I will lose 2lbs a week.
Also we can do a prerequisite of the challenge starting Monday to finish out the rest of August if you like.
Either way, I hope you will join me in September.

Hey, I'd quite like to join, please! For me, this is the run up to university, so I'm extra keen to lose this weight. Are there rules about posting?

Sure you can join.. This will be great. There's only one important rule-- respect each others programs. Because, I know each person has there own plans etc. Outside of that there really isn't any rules.
What do you think about weighing in on Fridays? We can login on each Friday and post a weigh in. Also, we can post food dairies, frustrations, successes etc. If you have other ideas feel free to include them.

After posting that, I was thinking that most people will start in September. So, I think September will be best collectively. I am going to focus on my eating and planning this week. So that I will be prepared mentally for September challenge. And, making sure I stock the house full of healthy alternatives. However, we can work on it together if you like to start right away. Starting tomorrow if you like. Let me know what you think.
I am so excited about all you guys joining this is going to be great. Feel free to share your struggles, successes, emotions, tips that you find along the way etc.

Sounds like a great idea to me too. I live in England but I'm at home all day during this summer, so I will probably be able to make it.
As for the weight loss, I'll try to start tomorrow!

Great!! I live in Illinois so that would be Central time. I can do any time as well. So, what I think we will need is everyone time zone or a posting of the different time zones. Then we can work around it from there. We are going to work out fantastic...

That sounds great Faith333. I am planning out my food list for this week. Tonight, I am having salmon, stringbeans, and a garden salad for dinner. We will have to work our time zones and designate a day to meet up. Saturday sounds good for me.
