Rep Power: 0 | | I haven't gone fishing in forever, it makes me want to go again. I did lots of walking today. I've almost got all my water in, I have a few hours before I head to bed to catch up. My boss brought in cookies today, I resisted the temptation  but they did look sooooo go. Sweets are my weakness, what are everyone else's weaknesses? I haven't weighed in since last Friday so I don't know what my current weight is. How was everyone day?

Rep Power: 0 | | ooohh ... weaknesses hehe* Mine are more salty foods rather than sweets, even though I do like sweets every now and then. I'm more of a Cheeto's kinda gal - biggg weakness for cheetos! haha*
I didn't weigh myself today either & im not going to lol* so i dont know how i'm doing, but i'm doing good calorie wise and tonight i got an awesome workout in - 20 min on tredmill, 10 on elliptical, and then strength training and then an hour long step/weight class ! i am BEAT!
How did everyone do today? Did everyone get some exercise in?

Rep Power: 28 | | hey i'm really sorry i havent been here for you guys this week  but i've been so tired i havent been able to do anything but lay in bed. my "colds" dont usually do me in this bad so i think its something else like my new meds. i skipped them today to see if i felt any more energy but i ddint. but that could be because they are still in my system. i sure hope its not the flu. i was so nauseas yesterday i didnt eat a thing. the good part is i have lost 3 pounds so far. god i hope i feel better by tomorrow, my kids are sick of seeing me in bed and i think my hubby thinks im just being lazy. |

While reading all of your posts, I was drinking from a 1.5 liter bottle of water and kept drinking while the reading distracted me. I finished half the bottle so far! Woohoo! I'll drink another at lunch time and another around the evening (entire bottle). I read another person on this site saying that's how she did it. I don't usually throw a whole bottle on my body in one sitting, though  It'll make me sick! I just keep drinking more... and more....and drinking more water makes me more thirsty.

i'm not 100% yet, but at least im out of bed today. i tried drinking water yesterday but it semed the more i drank the more nauseas i got
it's almost noon and i had 2 bites of my son's poptart since he was gonna throw it away. it made me nauseas so i guess i'm not ready to eat yet.
