I have been trying to motivate myself for a few weeks to join this challenge. IT is now time. My goal is small since my wt loss has been so slow. Insonsistent exercise and poorer eating the last 2 months with busy schedules and just hard when I really was good.

Does anyone know of a good reliable home-scale that I can use? I picked one up from Target awhile back, and it seems very finicky, and I can change how much I weigh just by leaning forward or backward a bit.
