I was WAY too optimistic with setting my goals.
Seems I have 11 days til my first check in & I need to lose 14
pounds ... not going to happen.
I'm going to re-adjust my goals on the day of check in. I just will know that I don't make that first
goal . Nope. No reward for me this go around!
