I don't particularly want to lose the weight for my birthday, I want to lose 10lbs or so over the next month and a half or so and then keep it off - weight loss maintenance is something I've struggled with before. So if I could keep it off until my birthday that would be amazing!!

My birthday is on Monday, and I am no where near my goal, so I am signing up again for next year to keep me on track. If I can stick with a loss of 1.5 lbs a week until my next birthday, I will be at my goal. Whoo hoo!!!

My birthday is pretty soon so wont be a massive difference by the tme it rolls round! Not too fussed tho cos i have lost 20lbs so far so i will count that as a gift to myself too

Hi. This is the first challenge I thought I might try, so I'm a little nervous, because I'm terrible at this sort of thing, but I'm going to give it a shot.
