Started off well last august when I found this forum. Real life tragedies, valid and invalid excuses kept me from getting back on track. I think now that I am truly ready to focus on me. My ulitmate goal is to be in the best shape of my life at my next birthday when I turn 40. But being that is not until May, I have a half birthday goal to meet in the mean time.
