Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum, but I'm ready to go.

My name is Rachel, I'm a 22 y/o college student living in Indianapolis, IN. My weight has bounced around in the 155 - 170 range for the past 3 or 4 years, but lately I've noticed how out of control my eating habits have become. I know if I don't stop now and get healthier, I could potentially gain a lot of weight.

I'm really excited and looking forward to getting to know you all!

My upcoming birthday is December 7th, when I will turn 45. However, I am going to Italy for a lot of November. So I am going to try to set this up for a year, from one birthday to the next.
