Hey Everyone!!!
Happy Birthday to you! Give yourself the gift of health and well being this year!! I had an idea to start a challenge that is open to everyone, anytime of the year. That way no one gets left out.
Set your own Start date!!! Start whenever you want! The only person you will be letting down is yourself if you decide to quit! So stick with it and you will be doing something for you for a change! No one can take it away from you. Imagine what you will wear on the special day, and how you will reward yourself.
I would love to start a challenge were people: Have a History Post that you edit and update with your current stats. Once you post your first goals, go back to that same post and edit it as you go along. (See Example Below)
Since everyone has different time frames for their birthday, for the sake of simplicity.....
1. Enter Your starting weight and set a goal weight for your birthday. Try to be realistic so you don't get discouraged. Let's keep it as healthy as we can. Adjust it as you go along.
2. Choose 4 Checkpoints between now and your birthday. Set a goal and post your results for others to see. By checkpoints, I mean, choose 4 dates along the way, could be quarterly, monthly, weekly, etc.. depending on how much time you have until your birthday! You decide!
3. Think of a personal reward that you would like to have when you finish your challenge. List it below your final weigh in. Make it something great!!!!
4. Take a photo of you now, and take a photo of yourself at each checkpoint. You will post these on your history post for others to see how far you've come. (This is optional, but would be great motivation for others if we shared. You can post them any time during the challenge.) To Sign UP, Cut and Paste the Information from the example below into your own post and fill in your information. EXAMPLE: (Your Name)'s Personal Birthday Challenge!
