I think I want to join. I bought a cheap pedometer until I get a chance to find a nice one. It might not be super accurate, because its from the dollar store. But I'll try to keep up with it.

Yep.. we checked it 2-3 X ..I'm 5'8 and most of that is legs..lol

I have a quick stride as well due to the long legs.

Exercise Today:
*Last Chance Work-Out* before Weigh In on Tues.

-25 mins. cardio with 3 lb weights for 1st 18 mins.
{to Metallica "Ain't My Bitch"} lol

-40 Crunches

-Went Up/Down Stairs Outside 8X

-Very Brisk Walk/almost a jog - around complex {laps}:
2,136 steps - 1.2 ml - 57 Cals Burned? seems low since I went up/down stairs?- 18 mins.

I'm freakin' pooped!

for all thoughs that are looking for a pedometer state farm is sponsering Dr.Ian from celeberty fit club and they are giving away pedometers they are very basic but hey do work you just have to find a state farm agent in your area and ask if they have any?
