For the 3rd week :

6 cardio (12 pts)
7 H2O (7 pts)
1.8 lb lost (3pts)
worked extra hard (5 pts)
6 fruits/veggies (12 pts)
Total : 39

Stripe Tracking Sheet:

Week 1: 29 stripes
Week 2: 43 stripes
Week 3: 39 stripes

Here's my progress after 3 weeks in this challenge!!

Since october 1st :

-11.4 lbs
-6.5cm around my belly
-3 cm for my waist
-2.5cm for my chest

Exercising and dieting were good during the last three weeks, I hope it's going to stay that way...
I'm motivated, so I guess that it won't be a problem!!

I agree with Casanova you look great! Keep it up!

This week there is a *Stomach/Butt Bonus* Challenge! This is worth...you guessed it, 5 stripes!

Three days this week do at least one stomach excercise and one exercise to work those glutes. Do enough sets/reps to challenge yourself without injury.

If you need some ideas on what to do check out the links below:

Abs

Once my butt is rock hard I plan on dropping things just so I can pick them up.....lol.

Week 2: 40 stripes*
Week 3: 36 stripes*
(10 ex., 7 H2O, 14 fruits/veggies, 5 wk bonus)

I lost 11 lbs but I didn't feel like I physically changed...And nobody around me noticed...

When I put these pictures next to each other I saw the difference, and that's a good motivation to see the progress!!
Can't wait to see to progress at the end of Week 12!!!

Hey everyone, hope this week is going well for you.....I know there are lots of candy temptations!

This week the bonus (5 stripes) is to do at least three workouts that involve balance and coordination. This could be playing your fav sport, doing some yoga, anything with a large emphasis on balance.

There is another 10 stripe bonus if you stay out of the candy bowl this week....trick or treat!
