The results thus far:
Week 1: 27 stripes*
Week 2: 40 stripes*
Week 3: 36 stripes*
Week 4: 36 stripes*
(10 ex., 7 H2O, 14 fruits/veggies, 5 wk bonus)
It will be really hard to stay out of the candy bowl this week, but I will try my best. God luck everybody!

I just had my
fitness assessment at the
gym after working out for three months...I just had to share because I am surprised at the results.....
Situps (In a 30 sec period)
Start 24
Now 52
Pushups
Start 0
Now 8
Also I have lost like three inches in my waist and my
body fat is 5% lower....woot! I was sort of in a slump but now am motivated again! It seems I got a treat rather than a trick for this Halloween......

Wow, that is great, yellowsub! Congratz on your new found strength. Just think how many you'll be able to do in just another 4 weeks. You'll be able to work out over here in Cali at Muscle Beach.
I took a
yoga class yesterday, and it kicked my be-HIND! I was standing there thinking, "OMG, how the hell is it possible that I am sweating SO much, and all that I am doing is standing on one foot." I was so embarrassed, yet I felt so good after the workout, the embarrassment slowly turned into a feeling of satisfaction.
I hope everyone was/is able to stay out of the candy bowl. Though it's been hard, I've been staying clear of the kit-kats, butterfingers, and all the other "fun size" bars. Good luck with the rest of the week, party people.

PS - Yellowsub, does balancing on a balance ball while playing Halo3 count for the bonus this week? ;-)
