Rep Power: 20 | | Well, eating is back on track anyway. Eating within my caloric goal, lots of frutis/veggies . . and getting dairy too. Just now to ease into the exercise again. I took a walk monday and today, and did a strength training routine on tuesday. Oh, and I'm getting the sleep in as well! LOL |

Well I weighed in this morning at +6lbs from my previous low although that low was a bit artificial with a stomach bug I would say I am at least +5lbs from then so we are in the same boat. I started the day off with a healthy smoothie so moving in the right direction! |

Mom2 - I'm trying my best. THe excersise was nonexistent last week, but this week I've been walking around 30 minutes everyday. But I've gone and gotten myself a cold, so my throat is all raspy and hurting, as well as a annoyingly runny nose. And I ate to much yesterday, but I'm still staying around my lowest weight, it's a little bit over atm, but I still have a few days before the final wegh-in so I'm trying to keep posetive.
And this night was horrible, no 7 hours for me.... stupid cold.... and stupid sunburnt face.... THe spring sun is VERY strong. |

Rep Power: 20 | | | Been doing pretty good this week. I think having a menu planned out is helpful. I have also gotten back to moving- a few walks this week AND one strngth training session so far.

blah here, I followed through, logged on, updated stats but I did not bother with points as well I deserve zero points LOL. This is my week I am focusing on getting back on a reasonable track and its TOM so no easy way to start.

I started out great, but last few weeks did poorly but know why. I actually ended the challenge with a gain since the start, but a loss for the week.
I'm sorry I wasnt as motivational as I had hoped- next time I will be ready emotionally and spiritually, as I am physically to do a challenge.
