Rep Power: 20 | | LOL . . .I intend to see a loss next week! I just got off the nordik trak after seeing what the scale had to say. I did 45 minutes! I intend of doing all my cardio sessions at 45 min instead of 30. |

Yarmiah-you will get it, just have to tweak things a bit, sounds like you are off to a rip roaring monday start! Keep up the good work.
I journaled for 7 (7pts), stayed witin calories for 5 (5pts), and excercised for 250min (5pts), lost 3lbs (5pts) so I believe that puts me at 22pts! |

Rep Power: 6 | | mom2- You've done an awsome job as well! Congrats on the 3lb loss, and way to go on the points.
And I just finished of a 60 minute DDR workout, and I have to give myself a pat on the back, *pats self on the back*, because I just pawned my personal best on my new workout list! 1113 combo! That's not missing a single step for 1113 steps! I got frustrated as hell when I missed an arrow. But I'll just get a better combo next time.

Rep Power: 20 | | | How are ya'll doing? Looks like everyone has updaed their points and are all off to a good start!
After that minor gain yest, it inspired me to work out more/harder. I plan to work out 45min M-F and maybe Sat. I have already done 45 min yest AND today, so I have met my minimum exercise for the week already, only have to get the bonus exercise in.

Rep Power: 12 | | keep up the good work ladies!
Yarmiah-?? are we competing against the other teams to see who has most points each week? This might be good motivation to see a team total each week. Good job on the cardio!
Hikari-wow, I am sooo uncoordinated that would never happen for me, good job! 60 minutes is ALOT dancing! Thanks on the congrats though truly my 3lbs was not a 'true' loss because Ihad a really damaging weekend before our initial weigh day so it was only like 1.5lbs compared to my previous fridays weight LOL but I'll take it! |

Rep Power: 20 | | | I was hoping to have the 2 teams compete, but atm its not fair as they had one player drop out, and some have not updated their stats, so its hard to tell if those players are actively competing. I will re-evaluate in a day to determine if there will be a team vs team thing, and if so may have to do some swapping of team members. |

Rep Power: 20 | | Hows everyone doing? I don't know about you guys, but the weather here is absolutely beautiful here in MD . . mid- upper 70's.
I have been working hard!!! After seeing that slight gain last week, I got MAD AT THE FAT and every day this week I have done 45 min on the Nordik Trak, meeting the bonus challenge in teh process . . wah HOOO!
Hope everyone else is having a great week! |

Rep Power: 6 | | I've been doing good so far. I've done 140 minutes of DDR this week, so that means I've managed the challange. Yaaay~
And I'm still tracking and logging my calories, I've stayed within my calories all week. Which is good, I'm so used to tracking calories, I've done it a lot before... and it works! lol I lost quite alot of weight by counting caloires way back.
Good work btw Yarmiah! Way to go with the working out! |

Rep Power: 9 | | Great job guys! I have been doing well too. I have been journaling and met my calories a few times this week! I have also been exercising and met that bonus as well I got on the scale this morning and it said 158!! My morning weight is always lower but this was the lowest I have seen in awhile! |

Rep Power: 20 | | FYI . . . journaling is the build on challenge, but staying within the 100 cal range is not required for the build on. If you wish to do shoot for that as part of a personal challenge, go for it!
Looks like we are on track to see lots of points by Monday! |

Rep Power: 59 | | I've been keeping track of all my calories. Do I have to post my totals?? I've also gotten in 90 minutes already. That was what I had to do right?? the original 45 plus the challenge of 45. Am I missing anything??? I'm glad to see that you are all doing well. This challenge was a great idea. I usually get my butt kicked in some challenges because it is a bit overwhelming. This seems to concentrate on a little bit of all different aspects. I love it. |

Rep Power: 12 | | | Yarmiah-if the other team does not have alot players I would much prefer to do an individual thing where we all chat together much like we are now but invite the other players because I fear I have grown attached and dont want to let all my teamies go LOL! That is just my opinon of course and it is YOUR challenge, I dont know what everyone else thinks. Not a competitive like ha ha I lost more than you more like a keep up the good work type challenge and supportive KWIM? |

| CLOSE!- the expected exercise everyweek is 90 minutes and the bonus is to add an additional 45 to it. Quote: |

| Thanx! I wanted to make it fun and challenging, but not too hard as I am just getting back into the swing of things. I'll be ready for the hard core challenges just in time for summer! LOL

| Thats a great idea! I was trying to come up with a plan that was fair but still keeping it fun. As you know, there are not that many participating in this challenge(I think mostly because so many are still doing that amazing race one), and we all might as well be as one to support each other!
I will invite those on the stripes team to join us here. THanx for the idea!

Rep Power: 59 | | | oh I see!! I got in another 2 hours since!! And today should be a long walking day. I'm sorry that I ask too many questions about the points. I'm sort of getting it!
