Here's the important thing for this month. We have to beat last month's post record. In May we had 822 posts. June, 869. Let's make July the most prolific yet. Come on guys!

Guess I better join the crazy group so I can have some good reading material during breaks at work. It's been a bit busy around here last month so I didn't get to play in the June thread much. Maybe things will slow down this month? Probably not...
My
goal weights are in parenthesis. I like to set lofty goals because if my goals are too easy to reach, I'll feel like I don't need to push myself. This is a calorie deficit of 1250 a day. It's actually pretty close to what I did last month - though my
weight loss didn't match the expectation. Sigh. So I'll probably get about half my expected loss. But I'll pretend I don't know that yet! It's all about the mind games.
