Not to step on any toes, but I thought I would go ahead and start a July thread. We have to be crazy somewhere. 
Yes, I am feeling the whole Jamaican vibe right now and 'tis my motivation for losing weight in July. I chose the thread name for one reason: "Irie" means feeling great and is defined by a state of peacefulness or harmony, either within oneself or with the world in general. In July, we are all going to work hard and be proud of our progress, whether it be a little or a lot. Any loss, small or large, is still a loss and is something to be proud of. We are all going to take pride in our accomplishments this month.
I am going to start with Tuesday, since it is the first of the month and there are 5 weigh in days for the month of July. July 1: 220.8 July 8: July 15: July 22: July 29: JULY TOTAL:

Rep Power: 19 | | Oh, can I join?! Sounds good to me. I've been into the whole Jamacian thing lately. Been reading these books on Jamaica by Robert Roskind. Also, I have a family reunion comming up in early August. This would be a great month for me to drop some extra pounds!
