Who wants to join me?
I'm going to officially start this on 9/6/08.
So if you are willing to give this a try sign up here! Then on Sat. 9/6/08 I will post an official thread for us with some mini-challenges for the in-between days. |

I'm in.
I did my initial test on the 1st and I was able to do 6! lol
I used to be able to do at least 20-30 when I was in the military  , my upper body strenght has always sucked. I've even pulled out the old dog tags to make sure I'm going low enough. |

So I'm looking forward to getting back to that kind of upper body strength. |
