Here's the challenge. Lose weight this month, and have some fun. That's it. Pick one day of the week and weigh in on that day.

Im in on this one. This is going to be the big month for me. Im going to hit 170! I will be under my original goal weight. That puts me only 10 pounds off of my ultimate goal.

OK, Monday, Sept 1. Official weigh in for me. 208.4. Pretty bad August, but I'm really going to kill it this month. I'm not looking to get under 200 this month. I'm looking to kill it and get right to 195. I have a strong week planned. I'm getting back to the exercise every day thing that I was doing, and no more of the bad food.

I'll jump in too.

Start weight today is 342.2 lbs. My weighing day is usually Sunday.

My goal? Probably to make it to...let's say 335 by the end of the month. That should be achievable!

I'm in! I have no idea what I weigh since I still have no scale, but I have two goals for the month. First goal, is to buy a scale. Second goal is to be back to 210 so that I'm back on track to where I was before the big move.

Life is crazy. I survived my first week as a real teacher. All the kids survived too, so that is a big plus. Now I am just trying to develop some routines and get back in the swing of a healthy lifestyle.

This month is going to be a re-establishing one for me. The number is not my main concern, I'm just trying to get back into my good habits.

Have no fear, I'm still here!

Jess, the first week is the second hardest. Parent teacher conference week is the hardest. You'll be fine.

Thanks! I teach first grade. We actually had a really good week. I'm still very stressed, but its going well so far.

Went running yesterday and again today. I'm not happy with my times, but I got out and ran. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

I will do my best to show up with my pom poms! Life has been crazy since the semester began... I feel like I'm going in circles!!

I also ran today, just a quick 2 miles. I have a head cold, but it didnt seem to bother me this morning... however tonight I'm hurtn'... Hopefully it passes before too long!

I'd like to get in on this. I just found this place and it looks really motivating. I really really really need some help. I'm currently at 185, I've gained wayyy too much weight this year. The sad part is that I'm going to school for fitness so I really have to get myself into shape. I've had zero motivation and I'm hoping to change that.
