Percentage lost:
To find your percentage
Take your starting weight - ending weight = Pounds lost
Then divide pounds lost/ starting weight and get the percentage lost |

Rep Power: 7 | | I'm in for sure...but isn't the way that you find the percent of your body weight lost divide pounds lost/ starting weight * 100?.
If you take 1 and / 100 you get .01 which doesn't seem right

Percentage lost: | its 0.01...cause take 270.6 X .01 u get 2.7 if u do it by .1 u get 27...n u cant lose 27lbs a week..but u can try for 2.7 |
