Rep Power: 18 | | I'm in!! My goal is to log 45 miles this month! With my current half marathon training plan I should be running 12 miles a week which would be 48 miles, but I thought 45 would be good enough!! I also will be running in a 5K event the 19th!!

Rep Power: 42 | | | No hijack. That is what this month's challenge is all about. Talk about how it's all going for you personally, and how your health goals are working out for you. Any side tracking is all good, because it all plays into the picture in whole.
Me, I've been on the wagon for the most part for this month (September). I did fall off for a weekend camping upstate, but the rest was all good. Last night I poured myself a nice, small, glass of port and enjoyed it to the fullest. |

Get back into the swing of things physically. I've been far to lax on my diet (as in not eating enough) and my workouts (as in not doing enough).
Life has been terribly hectic and I've let this side of things take a backseat. Happens and I'm okay with that. But I'm ready to to hit it full steam again.
I started bulking on Monday and I started a new weight lifting schedule. I'm feeling great. |

Steve, how do you measure your bulking? Is it increased strength ( more weight lifted) or size, (measurements/weight)? |

Rep Power: 182 | | | Strength is a faulty metric for the sole reason that you can get a lot stronger without growing any muscle at all.
