And to make it an extra feel good bonus for yourself for the month - for every pound that you lose this month -donate 1 can of food to your local food bank... (and when you pick up that bag of cans - note how heavy it is |

Percentage lost: 3.9% (or 4% to nearest whole digit lol) -So I was actually pretty close to hitting the 4% mark!
I like the cans of food idea, but I can't find anywhere to donate them to! So I think I'm going to donate a £ for every lb I lose instead.
