Rep Power: 13 | | hmmm... soo for me right now... to loose 2 pounds a week i need to eat 1400 calories... which is exactly what im doing^^ lol i think i am pretty much right where i need to be... but eventually i will either have to reduce my calories more... or lose weight slower... the lowest i will go on calories is 1200 honestly... haha or maybe my tummy has just stretched and i need time for it to start getting full on less food. =P |

the scale still says 182 in the am but I think that the 184 is my actual weight. .I did so crappy this last week! I need to go shopping for some good snacks! well, I will try harder this week. I am incorporating an exercise routine so I am pretty sure that once I start that I will start to lose. .grrr I hate being fat! |

Still not quite achieving the tummy exercises... but now the kids are back at school i shall have alot more patience...ha ha ha..I have changed my weigh in to pm so thats why my loss this week is far less...

Rep Power: 5 | | Hey! I don't know how everyone is going to take this but I'm a very positive person in general but my 127.2 goal seems very ambitious as of now considering the fact that I'm at 133/134 right now! SO I'm changing my goal weight to a more achievable number! I hope that's OK!!

speaking of goals apparently I never posted mine :O My goal was SUPPOSED to be 174. .I think it is safe to say that ain't gonna happen! I will just have to kick my self in the ass and try harder next time.

Remeber ladies our body goes through platuea's so some weeks you see it on the scales and some you see it in the measuring tape... dont be discouraged if you are doing everything right and true the kgs or lbs will soon drop and with any luck the skirts or shorts too...ha ha ha...
India and mom24monsters.. what a great achievement for you both... you have both done so very well...
My hubby will not be here for valentines day so if i miss you all on that lovely and potentially expensive day, i hope you all have a good and romantice time...
