Rep Power: 81 | | Hey I feel like crap today but I managed to get in 35 minutes on the treadmill burned 250 cals and did 50 situps on my ab thingy here is my menue! How did u do today?

healthy made turkey sand w/ mustard and a small bannah (375 cals)

kellogs fiber strawberry bar

Weight Watchers pasta zini (290 cals)

6 small pieces of baguette (bad I know, havent had it for a long time)

Exercise
1 hour 45 mins Recumbrant bike 12.25 miles |

Side Kicks Pasta
Cheeze Whiz/crackers
Popcorn/butter
a larger, yes you heard right, large oreo blizzard
half a bottle of mug root beer
1 liter of water...
Plus no exercise, LOL...
I have done this in a very loooong time |

Rep Power: 81 | | Howdy Girly sorry you had a bad day I had a couple of them do to my down time I feel I cant exersice because I will get choked up do to this nasty cold I got so in my mind I say since I cant exerscies I my as well eat to BAD BAD thoughts to think cuz it doesnt help!!!!
I am so glad the 6 week challenge didnt start this week lol.I go to docs tomorrow
My food was

I had a grill ham and swiss
some valentines day dove chocolates

20 oz of decaf tea

Decaff Tea - 60 oz

Exercise - 60 mins 12 miles biike (even thou dead tired and had been up all nihgt adn then all day i got on the bike and did 12 miles) |
