Is there any interest out there in doing a 4 week weight loss challenge? Goal: Lose ____ lbs in 4 weeks and exercise _____/per week.
We can do weekly weigh-ins and log our exercise hours daily.
If there is interest, we can start this challenge and help one another drop the lbs in a healthy and constructive way! |

Rep Power: 20 | | | Did you see that there already is a monthly challenge in place each month? I do like the idea of logging hours excercised. That is different than the ones I have participated in. |
